What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Auditor position at ARC Morris?
Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance, the Quality Assurance Auditor will be responsible for ensuring full record, health/safety, and physical plant compliance with all state and federal licensing/waiver requirements across all ArcMorris programming. S/he will create and maintain a program of unannounced audits and spot checks, based on previous audit reports and needs of the programs. The Quality Assurance Auditor works closely with the Quality Assurance Specialist to identify trends relating to incidents, and determines additional auditing needs based on findings. S/he takes an active role in being onsite during program annual inspections, and for accreditation renewals. The Quality Assurance Auditor assists in establishing methods to improve efficiency, reduce risks, address quality of services issues, and to reduce the vulnerability of fraud, abuse and waste.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates Degree or higher in social service or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the I/DD field
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
