Arc of Maui County was established in 1954 and promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We actively support programs and services that assure full inclusion and participation in the community throughout life with Residential, Home & Community Based, Adult Day Health and Vocational Services.
We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee services for approximately 10 individuals in the Home & Community Based program. Applicants must possess strong inter-personal, supervisory and organizational skills.
Position is FULL-TIME Monday-Friday in Wailuku

Responsibilities include : development of individual program plans, supervision and training of direct support staff for program implementation, participation in annual inter-disciplinary meetings, monthly reviews, and writing annual/quarterly/monthly reports.
Applicant requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field or Bachelor's Degree in another field (with one year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or elderly) or Registered Nurse. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. TB, CPR/FA required upon hire (will assist to obtain).
