What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support position at Arcade?
Support job description:
The support position is meant to support the attendants and be customer focused.
We need someone 3-4 days a week 8 hours shifts plus coverage and we usually have a set schedule.
We have 2 support shifts per day 9am-5pm, and 4pm-1am.
9am-5pm shift includes- setting up and stocking the snack bar for the day. Making and bagging popcorn. Running events including bingo and poppers on the microphone. So you must be willing to use the microphone.
You will have a register that you are in charge of keeping track of as you pay out tournaments and give change.
We have a snack cart that you should take around often and check in on customers to see if they need anything. Always keep and eye on the front desk and help check customers in.
4pm-1am shift includes- all of the above but the difference is the nighttime tournaments are less time on the microphone.
Side work includes- stocking everything, checking stock and letting us know if anything needs to be ordered, changing all the trash and taking it to the dumpster. Any orders that come in please open and put away.
Organize and clean kitchen when needed, keep front desk clean and organized, snack bar must be wiped down often and be stocked at all times. Mop snack bar floor, office, and kitchen floor when needed. Organize snack area, stock front snacks and cart. Clean soda machine, and coffee machine.
