What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Processing Specialist position at ARCADIA CHAIR COMPANY?
Result Statement:
Accountable for supporting the acquisition and retention of long-term quality clients for the company by exceeding the customer’s expectation through the delivery of accurate and timely information services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Professional and timely communication via e-mail, phone call and in-person
- Pre-audit & Process orders
- As needed, Post-audit orders
- Generate dealer notices regarding price discrepancies or any other issues requiring clarification
- Review and label layout drawings as applicable
- Act as a liaison between internal engineering department and customers for specialized / customized orders
- Work with Production team to confirm product availability & production schedule dates as necessary
- Provide customer service as needed (i.e. Process customer change order requests, Retrieve Client Service Quotes when referenced on the customer’s purchase order, etc)
- Meet required deadlines for closing of production schedules and month end
