Arcadia Counseling is an expanding outpatient behavioral health practice in South Jordan , Lehi and Lindon. We focus on individual, couples and family counseling for a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideation and relationship issues. We seek an office manager to mange the overall operations and performance of our clinics. Must have management experience in a mental health environment. www.arcadiacounseling.com
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Interview, train and support office staff
- Train new hires, ensuring operational policies and procedures are taught and followed
- Hold staff compassionately accountable to meet performance expectations
- Manage staff performance, including implementing Performance Coaching, Performance Improvement Plans, and termination process as needed
- Maintain and update company policies
- Oversee billing and collection activities
- Monitor and manage office schedules and supplies
- Provide timely response to concerns raised by clients and employees
- Oversee marketing activities
- Provide technical support
- Generate and distribute monthly reports
Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with the SimplePractice platform
- MBA
- Experience with insurance billing
- Experience with credentialing
Compensation & Benefits:
- Make $50,000 to $75,000 depending on experience
