Arcadia Development Co is hiring a Commercial Properties Lease Administrator. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Lease Administrator is responsible for managing executed commercial property leases to ensure proper setup for payment and maintenance throughout the life cycle of the lease.

We have high standards. We are looking for someone with a great eye for detail who can help our accounting team by managing the commercial property leases. The right candidate will be a team player and enjoy keeping records in order.

Commercial Properties Job Duties:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the lifecycle of commercial property leases.
  • Use of Yardi for lease setup and maintenance, input, and code invoices, generate reports and perform CAM functions.
  • Ensure payment compliance with lease terms and conditions.
  • Document management, obtaining insurance certifications, maintaining accurate and organized lease documentation
  • Use of Box to manage electronic documents.
  • Assist with tenant lease compliance for Gross Sales Reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in commercial property management or lease administration.
  • Proficiency in lease administration software (e.g., Yardi).
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite, strong Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing principles, terminology, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy including high standards regarding data, file set up and organization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis is a plus.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Lease Administrator) are preferred but not required.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is expected to be $30.00 to $38.50 per hour, plus an annual discretionary bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
