Arcadia Medical Resorts of Parkside is a busy skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with a compassionate and dedicated nursing team and a fun, high energy in-house therapy team. We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients as well as long term care residents. We are a newly formed healthcare company whose goal is to become the premier inpatient rehab provider in the communities we serve.
If you are looking for a great place to live, consider moving to Yakima Valley. Union Gap is conveniently located to explore the Yakima Valley in every direction. Founded more than a century ago, this charming community was actually the original Yakima City until it was renamed in 1917. Now, it's a thriving town with seasonal festivals, museums, restaurants and shops, all conveniently close to the major thoroughfares of the Valley. Just a short drive takes you to some of the best produce stands in the region, and of course, the Hop Country Craft Beer Trail and Yakima Valley wine country. It's also an ideal base camp for outdoor recreation in every direction. Housing is affordable and the weather is much dryer and warmer than western Washington.
We are looking for a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our dedicated staff. We seek a PT, OT, or SLP (PTA and OTA also considered!) who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box and creating programs to meet the diverse needs of our patients. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting and demonstrate a strong understanding all aspects of the daily operation of therapy department in a skilled nursing or post-acute rehab facility.
In return we can offer:
· Competitive compensation
· Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision
· Paid time off
· 401K Physical
