Director of Rehabilitation

Arcadia Medical Resorts of Parkside is a busy skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility with a compassionate and dedicated nursing team and a fun, high energy in-house therapy team.  We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients as well as long term care residents.  We are a newly formed healthcare company whose goal is to become the premier inpatient rehab provider in the communities we serve.

We are looking for a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our dedicated staff.  We seek a PT, OT, or SLP  (PTA and OTA also considered!) who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box and creating programs to meet the diverse needs of our patients.  The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting and demonstrate a strong understanding all aspects of the daily operation of  therapy department in a skilled nursing or post-acute rehab facility.

Requirements of the job:

·         Valid state license

·         Completion of accredited therapy program

·         Some experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus but we welcome therapists with all levels of experience to apply.
