ROLE - PROJECT SCHEDULER 

LOCATION - REMOTE

Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Project Scheduler with a focus on capital projects. This is a remote role and the ideal candidate will have the skillset and flexibility to work on a range of scheduling projects. 

Role accountabilities:

  • Participating in project risk reviews, performing schedule qualitative and quantitative analysis, and developing/maintaining/monitoring risk register based on Scope of Work (SOW)
  • Identifying scheduling issues, capturing impacts and delays to schedules and recommend mitigation/recovery schedules
  • Attending meetings and advising clients of construction progress and any related cost implications 
  • Developing potential recovery plans for time and cost
  • Review and analyze construction claims and providing opinions, advice and reports on contractual entitlement and quantification of damages suitable for use in dispute resolution proceedings including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation
  • Experience managing business relationships at a senior management level 
  • Writing and developing technical reports, charts & graphs to support and present analyses
  • Determining reasonable schedule logic, duration and constraints based on interactive planning sessions with the project team

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience building and maintaining an organized, integrated EPC schedule using CPM, resource loading, baselining, coding and cost 
  • Understanding of construction means and methodology 
  • Ability to read and understand design information  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to engage with the client and key stakeholders at all levels 
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 
  • Focus on health and safety  

 Required Qualifications: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying) or equivalent work experience 
  • 10 years of relevant experience 
  •  Relevant professional qualifications

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. The salary range for this position is  $82,400- $123,600.
