Responsibilities
Join a high performing team supporting GEOINT Operations as a LEAD Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA). Ensure software transitions have completed test objectives and meet transition entry criteria. Coordinate with Operations and Users to ensure procedures and guides are up to date, there are no negative impacts to Operations, and new capabilities are understood and ready. Provide metrics on Operational outages and Discrepancy Reports (DRs) and work with our DevSecOps team to improve quality of transitions over time.
Specific tasks are:
- Participate in Test Review Boards (TRB) to determine software readiness for upcoming transitions.
- Lead Change Management Boards (CMBs) to coordinate upcoming software transitions.
- Prepare artifacts for Operational Readiness Reviews (ORR).
- Provide root cause analysis of Operational outages and document lessons learned.
- Provide metrics on Discrepancy Reports (DRs) and work with Acquisition Offices (AOs) to prioritize and close them.
- Collaborate with our DevSecOps team to improve quality of transitions and Operations and Maintenance (O&M).
- Communicate Operational and User priorities to our organization.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with Ph.D.
- Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI with ability to obtain a Poly.
- Experience with informal and formal enterprise testing of GEOINT software systems. (e.g., IIWs, Solution Demos, EITs, STs)
- Experience with software transition readiness and deliveries. (e.g., ETAPs, ORR, TTO, ORD)
- Knowledge of GEOINT systems, CONOPS, and metadata.
- Experience with Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and/or Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT).
- Knowledge of SAFe or Agile frameworks.
- Strong representational, oral, and written communications skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products.
- Proven organization and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government.
Desired:
- Experience with RADAR and EO.
- Experience with Operations.
- Experience with commercial Atlassian tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA).

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
