What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Manager - Pools (PT) position at Arch Amenities Group?
Looking for a Site Pool Manager for an outdoor pool from 7/04-9/03 2024 in Spring Valley NY.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Making sure the facility runs smooth and all site, company and board of Health rules are followed
Overseeing of staff of lifeguards and gate guards for busy site
Overseeing that the lifeguard staff is watching the bathers, enforcing the rules, rotating for breaks and keeping the pool clean
Some help with scheduling of staff, finding coverage for call outs
Would prefer someone that is Lifeguard Certified or willing to take a class
