Executive Summary
The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating all aspects of the recruitment, admissions and enrollment process in conjunction with the Director of Enrollment.

Selected Duties

Engage and cultivate relationships with prospective students and families to solidify a personal connection. Foster an environment that allows every qualified student who wishes to attend Moeller the opportunity to do so
Provides excellent customer service to prospective parents (primary) and faculty and staff (secondary)
Guide prospective students and families through the entire admissions and enrollment process
Create, organize, promote, and execute recruiting events such as Open House, Information Nights, Financial Aid Sessions, the Shadow Program, Student Ambassador Program, school tours, etc.
Oversee the organization and administration of the High School Placement Test
Work in collaboration with the marketing team to create admissions material with the primary aim of attracting prospective students and families
Lead admissions data entry, coordinate student/parent interviews, and execute other administrative functions necessary in preparation for the admissions selection and enrollment contract process
Work collaboratively with counselors on the admission, evaluation and acceptance of transfer students
