Responsibilities:
Provides professional and administrative support to ensure full office management, appropriate scheduling . Ov ersees and completes all tasks to ensure the administrative functions are effectively represented.
- Coordinate s clerical functions such as keeping track of invoices, directs the processing and distribution of internal and external mail as well as coordinating departmental events.
- Coordinates meetings , calls or arrange s conference calls .
- Facilitates communication within department s and among other departments/program site locations .
- Oversees check request submissions and c oordinates p urchasing , i nvoicing, and a ccounts p ayable functions.
- Manage Time Keeping and Payroll functions for program .
- Coordinates credentialing process for temporary staff.
Salary: $28.2051 per hour
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in office administration required
- High School Diploma /GED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
