What are the responsibilities and job description for the Organist/Cantor position at Archdiocese of Boston?

Our Lady of the Assumption Parish in Boston is currently looking for an Organist/Cantor for 10 am English Mass on Sundays. The candidate would be responsible to choose appropriate songs to accompany the Sunday liturgy, play the organ and lead the congregation in song. We have occasional weddings and funerals that may request musical accompaniment. The possibility of forming a choir would be an option. Compensation negotiable, based on a per diem rate.
