Systems Analyst - Master Data Management (MDM), Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, IL. Analyze business processes and develop, document and deliver process and systems solutions. Participate in end-to-end design workshops, providing knowledge of industry best practices. Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW). Partner with development team members to ensure technical design and delivery align to functional specifications and adhere to needed quality. Provide input to role-based security designs and solutions. Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or a related field and four (4) years of related work experience in information technology.
Must have four (4) years of experience with/in:
25% domestic travel required.

- Eliciting requirements to implement the MDM Party, Item, and Cross Reference data model, survivorship rules, algorithm tuning, data standardization, testing and data validation
25% domestic travel required.
