Job Summary
This position will support the design and development of metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions in the RCM Group. The developer will also partner with other colleagues to develop tools that support data driven decisions . Helps with various other standardization efforts across the organization.
Essential Job Functions
- Works on various projects as assigned to design and implement the use of various reporting and analytics practices
- Partner with IT and other subject matter experts to develop foundational, robust, high-quality, integrated data sets and metrics/KPIs to be used for visualization and advanced analytics
- Enable the business to become more data-driven and derive deeper insights from their data
- Bridge business needs with technical development by supporting the development of the metrics/KPI
- Troubleshoots complex data and analytics issues with Power Bi and other analytics tools
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to various leaders in the organization
- Supports RCM COE in reaching their goals through analysis
Job Requirements
- Eager to solve complex problems
- Working knowledge of databases, table design joins, data collection, data mining, data aggregation, data validation, data analytics, etc
- Proficient with organizing data collected from various sources
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages
- Knowledge of statistics, data science and machine learning
- High school diploma or equivalence.
- Experience in programming language Java and understanding of the software development life cycle
- Ability to produce professional and accurate work in a timely manner.
- Ability to interact with a variety of subject areas in a team environment.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust deadlines and priorities with little or no notice.
- Willingness to assume and learn new responsibilities
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
- Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
- CMMS (Maximo, SAP, JD Edwards) experience preferred
- General knowledge of maintenance business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow preferred
- Occasional travel required.
