Job Summary
The IT Solutions team is aligned within the IT process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. The Salesforce Senior Business Analyst will analyze business processes and work closely with the IT Solutions Manager, other IT Business Process Analysts as well as cross-Divisional working teams to develop, document and deliver solutions to business requirements that enable ADM’s digital strategy.

The Salesforce Senior Business Analyst will analyze business processes and work closely with the IT Solutions Manager, other IT Business Process Analysts as well as cross-Divisional working teams to develop, document and deliver solutions to business requirements that enable ADM’s digital strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- This role will serve as a functional expert for Salesforce applications and develop use cases and screen mock-ups describing business processes and expected functional experience.
- This role will serve as the Account Engagement expert to support the Marketing team as they continue to expand their utilization of Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot.)
- Meet with business stakeholders, for example global marketing teams, to define and articulate business requirements, and support designing solutions and leading technical configuration of Account Engagement (Pardot) and/or Salesforce.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions initiated from enhancements requested by the user base, proactively drawing out requirements and designing a solution.
- Form productive relationships with stakeholders by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
- Starting with an idea, analyze and document complex business processes, gather and interpret relevant information to thoroughly understand the users’ requirements, then translate findings into specific actionable requirements.
- Increase/facilitate user adoption of Salesforce.
- Create and maintain strategy and roadmaps for global Salesforce instance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant with at least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years implementing/supporting Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
- Advanced understanding of Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Experience leading meetings, ability to independently conduct UAT, and ability to design and evaluate solution options.
- Familiarity with principles of effective project management.
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
- Ability to think analytically, gather and interpret data to successfully solve problems.
- Must be able to understand technical concepts of the system environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a customer service attitude.
- Must be extremely well organized and thorough.
- Ability to see every problem or issue as a potential opportunity, strive for continual process improvement and approach daily tasks with a positive attitude and deep desire to elevate the user experience.
- Must be willing to jump into the unknown with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
