Key Responsibilities:
- Provide civil and structural engineering services, including drafting, design, and calculations.
- Collaborate with draftsmen to develop detailed plans and specifications.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, and agencies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and profitability.
- Apply creative problem-solving skills to engineering challenges.
- Contribute to business development activities to expand our client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proven experience in civil and structural engineering, with knowledge of drafting and design software.
- Strong experience developing client relationship and outreach.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of business development principles and strategies.
- Salary range $70,000 - $90,000
