Archetype is growing and actively seeking a Marketing Leader to join our team. We are looking for someone who shares our values, challenges ordinary thinking, and pushes the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Archetype.
In this role you will manages the marketing process from research and planning to execution and analysis. You will support the sales team helping to drive relevant marketing campaigns for Archetype’s Analytics Insights and Performance Management offerings as well as creation of marketing content and collateral and event planning and management. Reporting to our SVP of Business Development, you will assist in standardizing our value-based solution proposition, integrating this into our selling strategy as well as serving as a strategic advisor to Archetype’s leadership team to help drive our strategic direction and brand recognition.
This position is a remote work from home opportunity. Travel will be required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects
Develop and manage marketing budgets
Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans
Monitor costs and budgets
Conduct customer, brand and services research initiatives
Develop and manage innovative advertising and social media presence
Lead event planning and execution of regional events and national conferences
Work with new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives
Manage any 3rd party resources including: agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines
Oversee the operation of a company’s website and provide analytics reviews
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of Marketing experience
Experience working for a services firm
Knowledge and/or experience with Analytics and Performance Management or other IT services
Familiarity with the creative side of marketing and design
A director of marketing must have excellent communication skills
Ability to garner consensus from a large team to obtain stakeholder buy-in on new, complex or challenging ideas
Attention to detail
Versatility and leadership abilities
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with different personality types as well as other departments, vendors and clients
Ability to transition seamlessly among projects of varying scale, audience, format and distribution channel
Ability to manage marketing partnerships with key software vendors. Prefer experience working with companies such as Snowflake, FiveTran, Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Matillion, ThoughtSpot, DataRobot, OneStream, etc.
Able to develop strong internal relationships
Experience working with CRM tools such as Saleforce / Pardot
Strong skills with MS productivity applications such as PowerPoint, Word, etc
Must be self-managed, responsive and dedicated to marketing success
