We are looking to add a qualified Project Manager to our team.
JobSummary
Project Managers play a major role in our day-to-day business and overall internal and external communications process. They are the bridge that keeps all key stakeholders informed, timelines and budgets managed, and they are responsible for the control and execution of project workflow. PMs work with a variety of types of projects and customers and know the specific requirements of each type. From the initial design through fabrication, installation, and billing, the Project Manager owns each job and makes sure all boxes are checked from sales award through final installation.
The ideal candidate for this position has previous project management experience in the signage or construction field, is well organized, able to multi task, has attention to detail and communicates effectively with a wide variety of personalities.
Everyday duties & responsibilities:
- Works closely with sales team to kick off project and review full scope of work needed
- Collaborate with all departments to bring projects through from design to install & billing with a large focus on client requirements and customer service
- Strong proponent for timely due dates and adhering to schedules
- Maintain strong relationships with both external customers, installers, and vendors, as well as all internal departments
- Foresee any upcoming project hurdles and professionally communicate to all project stakeholders, giving alternative options if necessary
- Research installers throughout the country and connect with them to provide quotes on specific projects
- Work with various cities to obtain permits and code checks
- Keep costs within budget while maintaining time
- Identifies project changes and communicates the effects to all stakeholders
- Work efficiently within our software program to create sales orders and start and maintain project workflows

- Experience with previous ERP systems and Asana is a plus
