Our construction company is looking for a Full Time Project Admin. The ideal candidate would be great on the phone, computer savvy and detail oriented. Duties will include answering phones, making phone calls, data entry, filing, searching different websites for leads, attending meetings, scheduling, general office task and assisting with miscellaneous projects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a construction related company is a must.
- Open to learn and grow within the Company
- A minimum of high School diploma
- Friendly and professional on the phone
- Able to multitask and know how to prioritize
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Experience with Microsoft word, Excel, and outlook.
- Fluent in English(Verbal and writing)
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
