Job requirements shall include assistance with on-site construction observations, field report writing, contract document preparations, Detail design (AutoCAD), building assessment and report preparation.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project documentation
- Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
- Perform site visit & testing
- Assist with estimation and bidding process
- Effectively communicate project progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong written and organizational skills
