Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm (full time, salaried role). No weekends or call requirements. We are closed for all major holidays.
Pay $90,000-$115,000 based on experience
Job description
Archive is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work in our new private clinic, located onsite for approx. 350 people (low census!) in the manufacturing facility of our client. This incredible opportunity, allows patient/provider relationships to form as it is a private clinic, available only for the employees at the factory. The provider will be focusing on wellness visits, physicals, prescribing and tending to urgent care cases. The role will involve collaborating with other health professionals, such as remote mental health therapists and nutritionists.

Specific responsibilities
- Primary care: provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being.
- Urgent care: respond promptly to urgent medical cases, accidents, and injuries on-site. Administer immediate care and determine the need for further treatment or hospital referrals.
- Prescribing medications: assess patient conditions and prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and formulary. Monitor medication management and educate patients on proper usage.
- Employee relationship building: establish and maintain positive relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a comfortable healthcare environment. Act as a resource for health-related inquiries and concerns.
- Health promotion: conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees. Address preventive care and lifestyle management.
- Record-keeping: maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Interdisciplinary care: coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists as necessary for employee referrals and continuity of care. Collaborate with Human Resources to support employee health initiatives.
- Emergency response: be prepared to act efficiently in emergency situations, providing immediate care, stabilizing patients, and directing emergency protocols.
- Compliance: ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines.
- Clinic management: manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks related to patient care.

Requirements
- Must be licensed in OH
- Must have a clean license with no malpractice reports
- BLS and CPR certification preferred
