Position:Software Engineer

Location:Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Salary:Up to $140,000 annually, DOE

Archon Resources is currently looking for a Software Engineerto join one of our best clients located inOklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a Direct-hire opportunitywith full benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, & 401k.

Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong experience within Object-Oriented Programming. This client has 650 applications across Java, Python, React, C#, Python, and MongoDB. 75% of these applications areon Java with no front-end running on a SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

• Executing full lifecycle software development for new and existing applications.
• Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code.
• Producing specifications and determine operational feasibility.
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong back-end development skills with Java
• Strong understanding of Java concurrency, concurrency patterns
• Experience with TDD, code testability standards, JUnit/Mockito
• Familiarity with SQL Databases (SQL/Stored Procedures, ORM tools)
• Experience with modern JavaScript Frameworks
• Scripting and working in a Linux environment,
• Experience with high volume, mission critical applications
• Strong object-oriented design skills.
• Experience with agile methodology/practices
• Familiarity with Design Patterns and their uses.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
• Familiarity with C/C or other programing languages.
• Version control (GIT, CVS)
