* Join a busy practice; little competition in five county area
* Candidate will do some outreach to small hospitals in immediate area
* Looking for a physician to help maintain a strong practice; not someone seeking to slow down
* $450,000 one-year income guarantee and $100,000 loan forgivable over three years (full-time practice)
* Hospital offers exceptional surgery facilities and equipment
* Hospital is designated as a Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital by Chartis Center for Rural Health in each of the past five years
Spencer is a community of 11,000 in northwest Iowa and is 30 miles from Iowa's premier summer recreation area. A great location for someone who enjoys outdoor recreation, hunting, fishing, etc. Join a collegial healthcare community where physician and the hospital work well together. Located 2 hours from Sioux Falls. S.D. and 3.5 hours from Minneapolis and Des Moines, consider relocating to our safe community with good schools!
