Description

Specific duties and responsibilities:

  • Installs, configures, and maintains all computers, chromebooks, ipads, copiers and printers.

 

  • Maintains and coordinates inventory of all hardware and software as well as related materials for the computers, chromebooks and Ipads. This includes an annual hardware inventory to be performed.

 

  • Serves as troubleshooter for problems with the operations of computers, printers, wireless devices, phones and software.

 

  • Is knowledgeable of all standardized software programs that are used in the company, such as Microsoft Windows, Office, and O365.

 

  • Provides on-site support to all end users at Archway Programs Schools in Atco and Camden locations.

 

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and as a part of a team.

 

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications


Associates Degree preferred.

1-3 years experience.

Strong IS knowledge and application
