A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Process Service Now tickets daily that include mobile equipment for new hires. Include updates from the time order is placed until it shipped to designated location, inform ARCO staff of mobile numbers.
Device troubleshooting and installation of company applications via Service Now Requests/incidents.
Investigate unusual data usage reported by provider.

Manage mobile equipment/lines to be redeployed once an associate leaves, while working with asset management. Includes wiping devices, recycling, etc.

Represent ARCO by building strong relationships with Mobile Service Providers. Continuous communications with designated account managers on pricing, promos, billing disputes.

Account management through Service Provider portals. IE accuracy of cost centers, user names, device details, and rate plans.

Excellent Customer Service Skills- Currently supporting approximately 2000 lines which includes mobile phones, MIFI’s, cradle points, and tablets with an additional 750 potentially being moved to ARCO Business Services.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s in related field or equivalent experience, with 3-6 years related experience preferred
