Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Manager to oversee the operations of our retail station. As the Station Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the station's operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and develop a team of employees to deliver outstanding customer service
- Conduct employee interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Provide ongoing training and orientation for new employees
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized station environment

- Balance and reconcile paperwork daily

Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the retail industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Knowledge of inventory control practices
- Experience in training development and conducting employee orientations

Pay: From $1,200.00 per week
