What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mitigation Project Coordinator position at ARCO Restoration?
The Mitigation Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the various aspects of restoration projects, whether they involve fire damage, water damage, mold remediation, or other restoration.
Responsibilities
•The coordinator will work with technicians and Mitigation Director to provide outstanding customer service
•This position includes scheduling all employees and subcontractors for daily work and any after-hours calls, notifying the client of work that needs to be performed the day before, setting up the job & maintaining job information in our software program on a daily basis
•Intake new losses via phone, email, and fax
•Manage Technician daily scheduling
•Update DMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer
•Gain approvals for projects from carriers/customers
•Reviews work site and completed technician paperwork prior to releasing projects
Qualifications
•Advanced experience in coordinating front office functions
•Demonstrated ability to multitask
•Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office Suite
•Strong working knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
•Strong organizational, planning, and computer skills required
•Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment requiring minimal guidance or supervision
•Ability to take directions and then interact with customers, vendors and/or employees
•Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills
•Adaptability – change does happen
•Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skill
Must be willing to take calls after hours and assist with emergency services coordination. This is shared on a rotation and bonuses are paid based on qualifying calls taken. Additional performance bonus incentives apply to this position for target acheivement.
