What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Planning position at Arcosa Brand?
What you’ll do:
- Assist with identifying potential acquisition opportunities and manage active pipeline of acquisition targets
- Perform preliminary deal valuations and pitch decks
- Support M&A transaction execution through the due diligence and integration processes
- Provide insight into new markets through market research
- Consolidate and streamline financial reporting efforts across all regions
- Perform profitability, cost and other ad hoc analysis to drive informed decision making
- Develop dashboards to track real-time business performance
- Assist in preparing monthly forecasts, annual budget and annual strategic plan
- Evaluate financial results and perform variance analysis
- Analyze trends that impact the business
- Review Capital project forecasts, assist in ROI calculations for Growth projects, and work with business leaders to ensure projects close on time and on budget
What you’ll need:
- 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Other Microsoft Office skills are preferred including PowerPoint
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Experience with Oracle or JWS are preferred but not required
