Job Summary
Expectations of the position
As a Mobile Equipment Operator, you will operate mobile equipment such as lift trucks, overhead cranes, track mobiles/switch engine, and/or yard vehicles in order to move materials and products between workstations and/or receiving and storage locations.

Qualifications and Skills
Hard skills
Experience: Up to 3 Years
Certifications: Applicable Equipment Certification from Arcosa
Technical Skills: Ability to operate forklift, overhead crane, Combi-lift, scissor lift, Mi-Jacks, Genie lift and track mobile
Education: High School Diploma or GED

Duties and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Operate lift truck to move material
Spot for mobile crane
Operate scissor lift
Operate track mobile
Operate mobile crane for complex loading of finished product.
Operate 80 ton for plate steel and moving sections (Outside: 100%)
Tarp sections
Train and assure safety of all team members
Lead team by assigning tasks
Operate all other mobile equipment on property
Maintain attendance within acceptable standards
Safety Activities
Be aware of and observe all safety practices.
Know and follow all safety rules and procedures.
Participate in safety committees and initiatives as assigned.
