Description

Arcosa Wind Towers is seeking a Control Process Operator. In this role, you’ll operate mobile equipment (heavy equipment, forklift, cranes, yard vehicle, lift truck) to move materials/products between warehouse/manufacturing facilities.


Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma.

What you’ll do:
  • Operate a lift truck to move loads from 6,000-30,000 pounds
  • Operate an overhead crane on a production line
  • May operate mobile crane
  • May operate scissor lift
  • Ensure proper identification of parts and materials
  • Follow all safety rules and practices
  • May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you’ll need:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience
  • The ability to operate a lift truck to move loads up to 30,000 pounds
  • The ability to operate an overhead crane on a production line
  • The ability to perform activities related to processing, receiving, recording, and/or shipping raw materials/finished goods
Working Conditions:
  • Hourly position. This position would require the candidate to be available for 2nd, 3rd and 4th shift
  • Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas and plant grounds which operate 3 shifts and frequent weekend shifts
  • This position may require work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays
  • Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant
