D365 Technical Analyst
Your role:
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Analyst to join our ERP Platform team. As the D365 Technical Analyst you will be responsible for the continuous maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of the D365 environment, providing support, managing system updates, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize the platform's performance and functionality.

Your responsibilities:
* Monitor the D365 environment for performance issues, errors, and anomalies.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues, system errors, and data discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Provide responsive support to internal technical teams and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving problems effectively.
* Document and track reported issues, their resolution steps, and outcomes.
* Generate reports on support trends, performance metrics, and user feedback for management review.
* Manage and maintain BYOD (Bring Your Own Database) and DMF (Data Management Framework)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT personnel, to address technical and functional needs.
* Communicate effectively with non-technical users to understand their requirements and challenges.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the performance and efficiency of the D365 solution.
* Propose and implement optimizations to improve system usability and user experience.
* Ensure the security and integrity of the D365 data by monitoring access, permissions, and data quality.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience (4 - 6 years) in Dynamics 365 implementation, customization, and support.
* Proficiency in D365 customization tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, system configurations, and user inquiries.
* Strong understanding of D365 modules, customization, and configuration.
* Strong knowledge of programming languages like C#, JavaScript, and SQL
* Excellent communication skills to provide effective technical support and collaborate with diverse teams.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently.
* Familiarity with software update and patch management processes.
* Knowledge of data management, data security, and compliance best practices.
* Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration and support (e.g., MB-XXXX) are a plus.
* Proven track record of developing staff through coaching, mentoring and performance management
* Ability to create self-service mechanisms to streamline infrastructure provisioning and ongoing management

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $82,900.00 - $110,541.20, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
