Ardmore Home Design is the privately-held manufacturer and wholesaler of these luxury home décor groups, headquartered in eastern Los Angeles County.
Job Summary
The Logistics Clerk is responsible for processing shipping orders within our ERP and shipping software systems along with supporting the Logistics Lead and Logistics Coordinators by providing administrative and clerical support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process shipping orders through our rate-shopping software and generate shipping labels and other documentation.
- Perform administrative duties (including documents distribution/collection/scanning).
- Update and compile logistics-related daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Communicates status of Shipping/Receiving activities to appropriate personnel.
- Audit and update pending order report daily.
- Create shipping manifest daily for all three companies and distribute accordingly.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments/office peers regarding customer orders and other matters.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete other related logistics duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of Logistics support experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer competency - MS Office programs, WMS familiarity a plus
