About the Position

As a member of the Prime contract's program providing Enterprise Planning and Management support to the customer's groups and offices, the successful candidate will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory support to the customer's Chief Information Security Officer. The candidate will coordinate implementation of the customer's Cyber Security Strategy, working with government and contractor partners to develop and implement plans to achieve the Strategy's goal and objectives. Responsibilities will also include development of white papers, briefings action responses, coordination support, as well as participating on behalf of the supported group/office in enterprise-level coordination and activities. The candidate will act as a point of contract for office initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and proactively ensure responses meet deadlines. The candidate will be expected to develop executive-level communications and correspondence with a high degree of comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information.

The successful candidate will contribute to the activities of the Prime program's Strategy Development and Management team.

Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and sustainment of processes that facilitate the development and delivery of strategies, architectures, investment and portfolio planning;
- Conducting organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness;
- Evaluating the customer organization’s corporate vision, management concepts, practices, and procedures to ensure the aligned office/group adheres to said guidance through its activities and projects;
- Plan and accomplish goals for COMM and across subordinate organizations by relying on extensive experience and judgment.

About the Must Haves

  • Active Top Secret security clearance; Must be SCI eligible with CI Poly or willing to sit for polygraph
  • MS with 5 years or BS with 8 years of demonstrated performance related to the tasks above
  • Cyber experience
  • NRO or IC experience
  • Ability to excel as a leader and member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

About the Desired

  • NRO mission experience
  • Senior Action Officer Experience
  • Certifications related to program management such as but not limited to CISSP, Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Experience supporting agency IT initiatives with responsibilities in strategic planning, architecting, policy, governance, or portfolio management

Job Type: Full-time
