Key Responsibilities
- Data Center Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of existing data center infrastructures, identifying areas for improvement, potential risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Consolidation Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for consolidating data center assets and operations. This includes reducing physical footprint, optimizing resource usage, and streamlining processes.
- Strategic Planning: Create long term strategic plans for data center evolution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and technological advancements.
- Project Management: Lead data center projects, coordinating with cross functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Vendor Management: Work with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the implementation of third party solutions.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure data centers comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies, particularly focusing on data security and privacy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on assessment, consolidation, and strategic planning.
- Proven track record in managing largescale data center projects.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power and cooling systems, networking, and server technologies.
- Experience in cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDCS, CCNA).
- Master’s degree in a related field.

Working Conditions
