Production artist

Arhaus is seeking a Production Artist to join their Marketing Production team. The ideal candidate will possess strong design sense, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

As a Production Artist, you will be responsible for consistently delivering high-quality work for various marketing objectives within tight turnaround times.

This role will focus on print and store marketing such as product handouts, direct-mailers, packaging, and digital deliverables to support our eCommerce website.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update handouts to support store teams, ensuring product information and imagery is accurate and layouts meet Arhaus brand and design standards.
• Create and update store signage and tags to guide and inform customers while elevating the in-store brand experience.
• Develop direct-mailers with seasonal content to drive customer interest and store traffic.
• Finalize and release print production assets to internal and external partners, ensuring all files adhere to Arhaus brand standards and meet deliverable specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing and product partners to ensure quality and accuracy across all projects, implementing changes and communicating updates when needed.
• Prepare, optimize, organize, and upload product photography assets for Arhaus.com and across digital channels.
• Monitor product photography for quality and consistency to ensure best-in-class product representation.
• Handle requests from internal stakeholders to optimize digital assets shown on Arhaus.com
• Assist Designers and Art Directors with production-oriented tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables meet project expectations and deadlines.
• Ideate and develop workflow solutions to outline best practices.
• Develop and update process documents for team alignment and training.
• Own projects from concepting to delivery of final product.
• Prioritize requests appropriately and independently manage daily workflow.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, adapting to changes as they occur.
• Maintain organized file archives across department servers.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, or relevant equivalent.
• Online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong design sensibility and mastery of production in print and digital executions.
• Experience in supporting eCommerce teams preferred
• Thorough understanding production techniques and the ability to make thoughtful recommendations regarding their use.
• Team-player attitude with a drive to work collaboratively and strive for group success.
• Critical thinking and curiosity when approaching projects and assignments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and eye for design quality.
• Outstanding organization and communication skills.
