The Primary responsibility of this position is to Manage Project level goals and contribute in strategies to achieve the desired growth.
1. Understand Project requirements, work with Talent team, technical team to map right resources for the requirements
2. Understand customer resource management tools to effectively utilize and manage them
3. Negotiate with customers and establish project teams for execution working with all divisions
4. Define goals, plan and track, setup recurring and update meetings both internally and with customers.
5. Maintain Service levels and ensure customer expectations are met.
6. Maintain relations with the existing customers and look for opportunities to maximize revenue.
Responsibility:
The key responsibilities of Project Coordinator involve the following
SS Provides team leadership, management support, active engagement with direct team.
SS Responsible for planning, managing project teams and ensuring customer deliverables are met.
SS Collaborate with the Delivery functions, Sales team and Talent Acquisition teams as necessary to deliver as well as overall ownership.
SS Collect data, analyze, define and track metrics to drive the responsible function effectively
SS Manage the programs identified and assigned by the organization.
SS Required to have deep expertise in people engagement and cost management
SS Keeping up to date with project delivery across business and with best practice for Business Analysis.
SS Resource planning and alignment to ensure that all projects in the department are properly staffed.
SS Performs other duties as necessary for completion of projects and achievement of departmental goals
* Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
Competency/Knowledge/Skill:
1. Experience in Project management tools like MPP, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Office 365/ Sharepoint/ Teams
2. Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with multiple levels.
3. Demonstrated resource management skill & good level of interpersonal and networking skills.
4. Thorough and methodical approach to work.
5. Highly organized and process oriented, ability to handle multiple teams and handle pressure.
6. Ability to travel if required
7. Hands-On, Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves personality
8. Bias for action - reacts promptly to issues with appropriate actions/responses
9. Capable of managing multiple challenging assignments concurrently; moving swiftly and decisively, but collaboratively and effectively with others

Other Qualifications:
12. Computer Skills: Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
13. Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
14. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
15. Communication Ability: Work collaboratively with the members from different cultures.
Education: 3 Year business degree
Masters in Business Administration Desirable.
