What are the responsibilities and job description for the MDS Coordinator position at Aria at Mitchell Manor?
We are looking for an experienced RN or LPN with a current Illinois nurse license in good standing) to join our nursing management team. As a key role within our leadership team, the ideal candidate must have the following:
- Accurate and timely completion of all Medicare/Medicaid MDS process in order to assure appropriate reimbursement for services provided.
- MDS 3.0 knowledge of the entire MDS process and the reimbursement system
- Detail oriented with your MDS completion
- Excellent assessment skills
- Coordinates with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure appropriate programming to address restorative needs
Ability to work with the interdisciplinary team to assure MDS compliance, understanding and follow through
Required experience:
MDS Nurse (RN’s or LPN’s): 1 year
