Job Description:

AriensCo is looking for a Master Technician at their Brillion, WI location.

THE DAY TO DAY...

• In depth engine and transmission diagnosis
• Address and resolve complicated electrical issues
• Manage the Warranty Claims Processing activities
• Address gray areas of transmission, engine and questionable warranty claims processing
• Manage issues that are escalated from the Product Technician’s team.
• Support the “Critical-to-Customer” issues process by ensuring the assigned issues are being addressed timely.

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

• 6 years related experience and/or training in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry or other industry with similar products
• 6 years related experience and/or training in a customer service environment required; experience with service over the telephone is desired
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Ability to speak and communicate clearly and accurately
• Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
• Effective listening skills
• Willingness to cooperate with others and work to the greater good.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, Power Point etc.
• Ability and willingness to train less experienced team members
• Research and Data Analysis skills to identify trends and potential issues before they become customer issues.
