Operations Director

The role:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Operations Director to join our team.

The purpose of the Operations Director position is to build and improve the systems and tools the Operations function uses to deliver scalable success for Arine. The core focus of this role is strengthening the end-to-end foundations of Arine’s remote Clinical Care team, which is the team that uses the Arine platform to deliver high quality remote clinical outcomes for our health plan customers. The Operations Director delivers these results by partnering with Arine’s Lead Clinical Pharmacists to understand the drivers of scalable success in their programs, and to identify and act on opportunities for improving their outcomes and efficiency. 

Additional responsibility may include scaling performance in Arine’s Implementation and Technical Support teams. 

The Operations Director reports to Arine’s Head of Operations. 

This role spans all of Arine's Operations activities. You will be asked to:

• Evaluate and improve the system by which Arine’s Clinical Care team measures progress toward project outcomes, evaluates individual performance, and ties these measurements to coaching, incentives and culture
• Strengthen the Arine Clinical Care team’s approach to identifying, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training new team members
• Optimize third party technologies and tools utilized by the Clinical Care team in delivering its full service work
• Scale and improve the Clinical Care team’s practices for synchronizing and prioritizing work with Arine’s Product and Engineering teams
• Improve the Clinical Care team’s practices for launching new projects
• Support standardization and improvement of Arine’s project implementation practices in partnership with Arine’s Director of Implementation
• Support scaling and improvement of Arine’s technical support practices in partnership with Arine’s Support Desk Manager

Our ideal candidate has:

• A track record of leadership and execution of strategic initiatives in a highly entrepreneurial environment
• 4-7 years experience with management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic leadership of clinical programs
• Familiarity with or eagerness to learn the approaches of high performing clinical pharmacy programs (applicants with a licensed pharmacist background are welcome and encouraged!)
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and communicate and collaborate with executives, Operations, or Technology teams
• Excellent collaboration, attention to detail, problem solving, business acumen, leadership skills, and investigative skills
• Robust quantitative and analytical capabilities, including fluency with Excel
• Ability to apply judgment and make informed decisions in order to work independently and meet deadlines
• Eagerness to learn new skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The posted range represents the expected salary range for this job requisition and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package including equity, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider your experience, leveling, location and other job-related factors. San Francisco Pay Range $125,000 — $150,000 USD ANNUALLY

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
