Pay and Services:
Respite, Attendant Care & Habilitation: $14-16/hour
Elderly and Physically Disabled: $14.30/hour, $15.25/hour for licensed CNAs
Individually Designed Living Arrangements (IDLA): $15-16/hour
Private Home Care: $16.80-19/hour

Job Duties and Requirements:
- Provide support for members and/or their families so member can remain in their home and/or participate in community activities
- Provide care to maintain member's personal cleanliness, daily living activities, and safe and sanitary living conditions
- Provide learning opportunities and training to help member develop skills and independence
- Must have 3 months experience (can be volunteering or professional). Please include on your resume and/or application.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Have or must be willing to obtain CPR/FA and Article 9 (training available)
- For IDLAs, preferred experience working with individuals with mental health or behavioral challenges
- This is not a remote position. Only applicants residing in Arizona or who plan to reside in Arizona will be considered.
