This job will be performed at our main office, located in White River Junction, Vermont, 72 South Main Street.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
Scope of Job
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Level:
· High School Diploma
· Experience in Customer Service and Clerical Duties
· Communicate effectively, Both Orally and Written
· Computer skills (Windows, MS Office Suite and Agency supported software)
· Ability to represent the organization’s project needs to external and internal customers
· Maintain a Professional/Respectful Appearance and Attitude and represent the Agency
· Develop and Maintain positive relationships with Customers, Agencies and Employees
· Ability to Maintain Confidentiality
Additional Requirements:
· Provide support to other Customer Service and Data Entry staff, as needed
· Meet with clients in-person on-site to answer and review programs
· Other duties, as assigned by Supervisor
Duties and Key Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
· Answer Incoming phone calls, return phone calls
· Make phone calls related to timesheet issues, problems or other requests
· Retrieve and process requests from FEA and Time Sheet Voice Mail
· Mail out timesheets, packets, schedules, envelopes and any other requested information
· Research and handle issues with timesheets, payments, budgets or other requests
· Print and mail reports
· Open and sort incoming mail
· Provide information about products and services
· Utilize resources such as other Representatives, Supervisors or Managers
This position requires physical presence at the primary location in White River Junction, Vermont, 72 South Main Street.
