This job will be performed at our main office, located in White River Junction, Vermont, 72 South Main Street.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
The role of the EVV Team Validation Specialist is to perform quality control review of data to ensure reliability and validity between electronic visits and timesheets submitted for in-scope programs to determine which timesheets are ready for entry and which need follow up.
Essential Job Functions:

Timesheet Processing
- Review submitted timesheets for missing/incorrect information, etc.

Review submitted timesheets based on State, Federal and program guidelines

Work with Customer Service/ Data Entry team to resolve errors/issues uncovered with submitted timesheets
- Technical Service/Customer Service
- Provide customer service to employers and employees related to visit verification
-
Perform daily review of EVV-related reports to determine potential issues with incomplete/unverified visits to be able to assist employers before payment issues occur

Assist EVV Customer Service team in employer outreach to proactively verify incomplete visits before issues occur with timesheets

Provide technical assistance and telephonic training around basic end user issues (login issues, password, reset, verifying visits, etc.)

Provide customer service and technical assistance to assist users to assist with eTimesheet issues for in-scope users related to updating information across systems

Provide technical assistance and training to coworkers regarding the State’s EVV solution
- Support
- Provides any additional support to Customer Service or other departments within ARIS Solutions as needed

Qualifications and Skills Level:

High School Diploma (or Equivalent), Associate Preferred

3 Years Data Entry or equivalent experience
