What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Integrated Care position at Arisa Health?
Arisa Health is currently seeking candidates to fill a Director of Integrated Care position. The Director of Integrated Care collaborates with the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Medical Services to develop, improve and manage a highly effective integrated care system that provides client-based services and clinical management.
This position is responsible for integration and appropriate anticipated client needs in providing services. The Director of Integrated Care will cross over with management and client services. This person will exercise leadership and management skills, and is responsible for analytics across the 41-county region of Arisa Health.
Requirements: 1) Possession of a bachelor's degree and at least five years' experience where the primary function of the position was in a management or administrative capacity in a hospital or health care facility/agency, three years of which was management or administration of the delivery of clinical or technical services to clients, and three of which must have been at a supervisory level OR 2) Possession of a master's degree in Hospital or Health Care Administration, Public or Business Administration, or Finance. This may be substituted for one year of the management or administrative experience requirement.
Work hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No phone calls please.
