Safety coordinator

Aristeo Construction, one of the nation’s largest full-service general contractors, is seeking candidates with expert knowledge of safety policies and procedures to join our growing team.

Position Responsibilities :

• Complete record keeping as required
• Perform site orientations
• Develop safety reports, training, and site-specific health and safety programs
• Review subcontractor safety policies
• Assist with OSHA correspondence
• Assist with the pre-task analysis process

Required Skills

Knowledge of safety policies and procedures

Ability to balance multiple agendas and prioritize tasks

• Demonstrates leadership and accountability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish, including proficient in verbal, reading, and writing

Required Experience

Education :

• Associates degree in safety or related field. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience may be substituted for a degree
• Safety certifications are preferred, but not required
