The historic Arizona Biltmore is looking for a Concierge to join theteam at the Citrus Club

Located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $100 million renovation. This iconic hotel has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining).

Classification: Full-Time Shift: 8-hour shift will be within the hours of 5:30am-2:30pm and/or 3pm-11pm. Weekends and holidays required.

What will I be doing?

As a Concierge in the Citrus Club, you would be responsible for assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver exceptional guest service. Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Complete opening and closing side work to include, but not limited to, stocking chinaware, silverware and tableware, tending to the coffee machine and/or grinder, retrieving food and beverages from the kitchen and delivering them to the Executive Lounge
  • Retrieve and store chinaware, silverware and tableware
  • Restock, clean and prepare the kitchen
  • Display the bar according to established standards including, but not limited to, retrieving ice, cutting condiments, setting bottles, etc.
  • Provide information, recommendations and booking services for a variety of guest inquiries, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, transportation and travel arrangements, tour and event tickets, restaurant reservations, and medical care
  • The concierge will assist guests with their F&B needs at the venue 
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel for guests
  • Respond to special requests for services including, but not limited to, dentists, doctors, childcare, florists, etc.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Register VIP guests, as needed
