All ACCU employees are expected to assist the Credit Union in meeting strategic objectives and participate in the growth and success of the organization. This position directs operations, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans.
Summary of Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Directs, develops, and motivates branch personnel.
- Monitors branch operating results relative to established objectives and ensures that appropriate steps are taken to correct unsatisfactory performance.
- Identifies member financial needs and offers a solution by offering products and services that will meet those needs.
- Represents the branch in its relationships with members, community groups, S.E.G.s, suppliers, other financial institutions and similar groups.
- Maintains communication with the corporate office; prepares and submits required reports and attends scheduled management meetings.
- Monitors all branch activities to ensure compliance with established Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Meet scorecard goals and maintain the financial stability of the branch.
- Keep management informed of key operating issues affecting the branch.
- Develop and maintain a qualified staff to consistently meet members’ needs.
- Develop and maintain business partner relationships within the surrounding community.
- Demonstrate the principles necessary for ACCU to achieve its mission and support our Core Values.
Requirements:
Experience: Three to five years of leadership experience, financial industry preferred.
Other Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills are required. Solid leadership skills and the ability to inspire teamwork is key, and collaboration with all business units is necessary for success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
