Responsibilities
this is a NIGHT shift position with required weekends and holidays. Weekend requirement is 4 shifts *Friday and Saturday Nights* and rotating holidays.Supports the nursing director in areas of acuity scheduling and staffing as well as other staffing office functions. Responsible for managing the coordination and pre-processing of all patient admissions and/or internal placement of patient admissions transfers.
Qualifications
Minimum
HS Diploma or equivalent combination of experience/education.
At least one (1) year as a staffing coordinator or admitting or patient placement in a hospital or health care related setting required.
Knowledgeable in medical terminology and previous background in a hospital or health care setting required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word Excel and Meditech Optilink or similar staffing program.
Salary : $23 - $33
