Dispatcher

Responsibilities

The CSR/Dispatcher is responsible for communication between customers and service technicians. Providing exceptional customer service and facilitating technicians' work routes.

• Responsible for dispatching technicians, communicating with technicians on dispatch board, watching routes and closely watching the dispatch board
• Schedule and route technicians, based on job requirements and availability using dispatching software-Service Titan
• Take incoming customers calls and schedule based on technicians’ skill levels and proximity
• Provide support and any needed job details to technicians via phone or text
• Communicate with customers and office team
• Respond to emails, Podium & Yelp within timeframe
• Manage multiple phone lines & multi-task between calls and service orders
• Be able to quickly answer any questions about the dispatch board and techs
• Responsible for creating purchase orders
• We are open Monday-Sunday 7am-7pm

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Dispatching experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with in depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
• Familiarity with Service Titan system a plus!
• High School Diploma required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
