POSITION SUMMARY:
Are you interested in joining an innovative team that serves in a critical role for the Arizona Judiciary? The Consolidated Collections Unit (CCU) of the Court Services Division is seeking a candidate to support business and automation functionality for the Fines, Fees and Restitution Enforcement Program (FARE).
This position will assist Arizona courts with enhancing monetary court order enforcement through improvements of court collection operations; implement and train FARE Program business and automation procedures, techniques and best practices; develop and maintain business procedures and training documentation to guide and assist courts with FARE Program processes and court automation software; work closely with automation teams and field trainers statewide to ensure a uniform message is provided to the courts; and will assist in organizing, planning and testing new court case management system FARE Program functionality.
Additional duties include, testing business procedures against court case management system software and enhancements; process remedy tickets from the AOC Support Center, courts statewide and the program vendor; and perform in-depth research of court case management system data quality issues.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and four years of related experience of the equivalent. Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement. This position requires excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; and the ability to perform responsible administrative and technical work independently with minimal supervision. This position also requires, strong organizational and tracking skills; and the ability to work effectively and independently with judges, court staff and the public.
The preferred candidate will have knowledge of FARE Program general processes; knowledge of the AJACS court case management systems; knowledge of limited or general jurisdiction court procedures and caseflow processes; and training experience.
Travel level: up to 15%.
